In mid-October, Geoff Isringhausen competed in the final leg of the 2022 Porsche Sprint Challenge Benelux at Circuit Zandvoort in the Netherlands. Geoff, who raced in partnership with Netherlands’ PG Motorsport, came away with a podium finish in the GT4 class despite challenging weather.
Circuit Zandvoort is a 2.6-mile track located north of Zandvoort, Netherlands, near the North Sea coast. The track was the site of the 2021 Dutch Grand Prix, part of the prestigious Formula One racing series.
Drivers contended with wet, hazardous conditions throughout a pair of 30-minute races, and more than one car spun out or wound up in the grass.
The race concluded the 2022 Benelux season. Other stops in the five-round series included Circuit Zolder (Belgium) and Circuit Assen (Netherlands).
